Contract About Oxygen Yoga & Fitness Oxygen Yoga & Fitness is not your typical yoga studio. We are a fast-growing, high-energy community that blends traditional yoga with intense fitness fusion—all under the detoxifying glow of state-of-the-art FAR Infrared heat . Our Fulton Ranch studio is a veteran- and women-owned space dedicated to empowerment, inclusivity, and helping our members breathe in the good and breathe out the bad. The Role We are looking for dynamic, passionate, and reliable instructors to lead our proprietary fusion classes. Whether you specialize in Yoga, HIIT, Barre, or Pilates , we want your energy! You will be responsible for creating an atmosphere that is challenging, safe, and welcoming for all levels of experience.

Key Responsibilities Lead High-Energy Classes:

Deliver safe, well-paced classes ranging from Hot Power Core to O2 Pump and Core-lates.

Expert Cues:

Provide clear alignment guidance, micro-adjustments, and modifications to accommodate beginners and advanced practitioners alike.

Community Connection:

Greet members by name, foster a supportive environment, and embody the OYF "I Love My Life" philosophy.

Reliability:

Arrive 15-20 minutes prior to class for setup and member check-ins. Ensure classes start and end on time.

Qualifications & Skills Certification:

Fitness certification (Barre, Pilates, Personal Training) or 200 YTT.

Specialized Training:

Completion of the OYF Methodized Training (Fusion training available for those with existing certifications).

Experience:

Previous experience teaching in a heated environment is a plus, but a high-energy "stage presence" is essential.

Certifications:

Valid CPR/First Aid certification.

Personality:
