PART-TIME PILATES INSTRUCTOR (Independent Contractor)

Pilates 4 Me is seeking a passionate and personable Pilates Instructor to join our growing boutique studio in Gilbert, Arizona. We specialize in personalized Pilates experiences through private, duet, and small-group training with a focus on movement, wellness, and community. This is a flexible part-time independent contractor opportunity ideal for an instructor who enjoys building relationships, creating a welcoming environment, and helping clients move with confidence.

Responsibilities:

Lead private, duet, and trio Pilates sessions Provide safe, engaging, and personalized instruction Build strong client relationships and encourage retention Assist with light community outreach and studio growth efforts Maintain professionalism and a positive studio atmosphere

Qualifications:

Certified Pilates Instructor (reformer experience required) Strong communication and cueing skills Friendly, dependable, and professional Passion for wellness, movement, and client connection Comfortable working independently in a boutique studio environment
