Owner; Studio Manager RockSalt Pilates, LLC is an award-winning studio that takes Pilates into overdrive by fusing the classical practice with intense cardio, resistance training, light weights, and upbeat music. Providing the ultimate full body workout that produces dramatic results quickly, all RockSalt classes are upbeat, exhilarating, and addicting. With a focus on proper form and motivating encouragement, the RockSalt instructors guide clients to better health, better bodies, and better results. Whether new to Pilates or a seasoned pro, RockSalt provides the comfort and guidance to build our clients up and make their experience one that will have them hooked! Position Summary RockSalt Pilates is seeking enthusiastic instructors who have a passion for fitness, wellness, teamwork, and community building to lead group, private, and semi-private sessions. The ideal candidate must always be able to bring positive and vibrant energy into the studio, understanding that we change the lives of our clients through health and fitness instruction. Candidates should love interacting with people and be capable of providing unparalleled customer service that is consistent with the RockSalt high standards that clients have come to expect. Leadership and team building experience Qualifications Prior group fitness instruction experience preferred, but not required Pilates certification and/or a dance background is a plus Nationally Accredited Personal Training Certification (ACE or NASM) is preferred, but not required CPR and First Aid Certification is required (this can be obtained once hired) Previous experience with MindBody is preferred, but not required May be required to move materials weighing up to 50 pounds Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
