Job Description

Radius Fitness is a locally owned group fitness facility in the East Valley. Radius has been operating for over 6 years and has created a welcoming community that focuses on their health and fitness journeys. We offer more than 50 group classes a week! Spin, yoga, and fitness (strength & HIIT) classes are available to all members no matter which package/membership they choose. We are looking for fun, smart, and passionate group fitness instructors with great energy and the ability to motivate all types of people from beginners to fitness enthusiasts. We are open to different teaching styles, not one style fits all! Radius wants to hire amazing, fun, energetic, and reliable instructors for cycle and fitness classes. We don't want this to just be a job, we want you to join a family!!
INSTRUCTORS FOR INDOOR CYCLE & GROUP FITNESS

AM & PM needed
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
Up-to-date cycling and/or fitness certification required +insurance CPR/AED and first aid certifications are required. Preferred 1-year group exercise instruction experience but not needed for the right candidate Excellent customer service and communication skills, including the ability to motivate others. Willingness to help new members or first-time goers, who aren't familiar with the class they're taking. Understanding all physical levels within your class; modifications are a necessity Optimism goes a long way; a positive mind, positive vibes, a positive life!
Wage:
$20 -$25/class
