Our mission is to deliver world-class Pilates education and exceptional client experiences through our proprietary Reform Room Method. We are seeking passionate, highly skilled Pilates Instructors who are committed to excellence, continuous education, and creating transformative experiences for our members. Position Overview As a Reform Room Instructor, you will lead dynamic, results-driven Pilates classes while delivering a luxury member experience. Instructors are expected to uphold the highest standards of teaching, professionalism, and client care while embodying the Reform Room brand. This role is ideal for instructors who are passionate about movement, anatomy, client results, and becoming part of a team dedicated to setting a new standard in boutique fitness. Instructor Training Requirements At Reform Room, teacher training is required for all instructors regardless of prior experience. Already Certified Instructors All instructors holding an existing Pilates certification must complete the Reform Room Method Training Program.
Investment:
$1,500 This program is designed to ensure all instructors are aligned on: The Reform Room Method Class structure and sequencing Cueing standards and teaching techniques Client experience expectations Studio policies and procedures Safety standards and best practices Brand consistency across all classes New Instructors (Not Yet Certified) Candidates without an existing Pilates certification must complete the Reform Room Comprehensive Teacher Training Program prior to teaching.
Investment:
$3,500 This program includes: 500+ hours of education and practical training Pilates anatomy and biomechanics Reformer, mat, and equipment instruction Practice teaching and observation hours Client assessment and modification techniques Business and studio operations Reform Room Method certification Training is conducted through an intensive week-long immersion followed by guided mentorship, observation hours, and practical teaching requirements. Training Reimbursement Program Reform Room is committed to investing in the growth and development of our instructors. All required teacher training costs, including both the Reform Room Method Training Program ($1,500) and the Comprehensive Teacher Training Program ($4,500), are eligible for full reimbursement following twelve (12) consecutive months of active employment with Reform Room in good standing. Instructors who remain employed with Reform Room for a continuous twelve-month period will receive reimbursement of their training investment upon successful completion of the employment requirement. Should an instructor voluntarily leave employment or be terminated for cause prior to completing twelve consecutive months of employment, the training investment will remain the responsibility of the instructor and will not be eligible for reimbursement. This program is designed to support long-term career growth while ensuring consistency, excellence, and commitment to the Reform Room community. Responsibilities Deliver exceptional reformer and mat Pilates classes for members of varying experience levels Create a welcoming, motivating, and inclusive environment Ensure proper form, alignment, and safety during all classes Provide personalized coaching and modifications when needed Educate members on movement quality, breathwork, and body awareness Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment standards Support community events, workshops, and special activations Represent Reform Room professionally both inside and outside the studio Uphold all Reform Room policies, procedures, and teaching standards Qualifications Current Pilates certification from a recognized organization (preferred) Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and injury prevention Excellent communication and coaching skills Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional client experiences Ability to motivate, educate, and inspire members CPR/AED Certification (or ability to obtain prior to employment) What We Look For At Reform Room, we hire for both skill and culture.
