Job Description

Group Exercise Instructor Valley Fitness Atascadero Atascadero, CA $20 - $30 an hour $20 - $30 an hour Are you a fitness enthusiast who enjoys sharing your knowledge in a fun and engaging way through class instruction? You could be the ideal candidate for our next fitness instructor! Our fitness studio is busy, and we need someone to lead and instruct our members in innovative and enjoyable classes. You should make safety a priority and meet our members' fitness goals while also creating a safe environment for all class participants. Compensation:
$20 - $30 hourly
Responsibilities:
Instruct a variety of exercise classes to various groups of members and guests Develop classes that are physically challenging, while keeping students engaged and safe Provide excellent customer services according to company standards Encourage students to continue with their pursuit of exercising and help them make good health decisions Promote programs, classes, and membership through social media and networking
Qualifications:
Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality Must possess a current certification for fitness instructing Outstanding time management and organizational skills About Company At Valley Fitness, we're not just a gym; we're a thriving community dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals.
