Job Description

CRANE Pilates Studio in Calabasas, is seeking a warm, energetic, confident, and skilled Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an instructor who values thoughtful movement, meaningful client connection, and teaching with intention.
Position Overview Schedule:
Minimum of 2 hours per week , up to 8 hours per week

CRANE Pilates Studio, Calabasas (Erewhon Shopping Center) Responsibilities Lead safe, effective, and engaging Reformer Pilates classes Deliver classes that are strong, well-structured, and intelligently programmed Create a welcoming and inclusive environment where clients feel supported and challenged Build genuine connections with clients and contribute positively to the CRANE community Provide clear cueing, thoughtful modifications, and hands-on or verbal corrections as appropriate Uphold CRANE's studio standards, class flow, and teaching philosophy Ideal Candidate Certified in Reformer Pilates (required) Comprehensive Pilates certification (not required but encouraged) Friendly, energetic, and confident presence in the room Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about teaching and connecting with a wide range of clients Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Committed to continued learning and growth as an instructor Why
