Personal Trainer & Fitness Coach (Part-Time

About the Role At Alloy Personal Training in Concord, we're looking for an energetic and professional Fitness Coach who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences. This role goes beyond leading workouts—you'll help build a positive, inclusive culture that drives client results, retention, and overall studio success. You'll work closely with the Director of Training to deliver high-quality sessions, support membership growth, and create meaningful relationships with clients. What You'll Do Coaching & Client Experience Lead small-group and personal training sessions with strong technical coaching and clear communication Deliver safe, effective, and personalized workouts aligned with each client's goals Conduct Starting Point Sessions (SPS) to assess client needs and recommend appropriate programs Build strong relationships and create a welcoming, motivating environment for all fitness levels Celebrate client milestones and promote success stories Culture & Team Contribution Foster a positive, energetic, and client-focused studio environment Collaborate with team members to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience Participate in weekly team meetings and ongoing training Assist with onboarding and mentoring new coaches as needed Sales & Community Engagement Support membership growth through client engagement and referrals Follow up with leads, assist with phone inquiries, and help convert prospects Participate in marketing initiatives such as events, partnerships, and social media efforts Operations Follow all studio policies, procedures, and safety protocols Support studio operations and ensure a professional training environment What We're Looking For Passion for fitness, coaching, and helping others succeed Strong interpersonal and communication skills Positive, team-oriented mindset with a "can-do" attitude Ability to build relationships and motivate clients of all fitness levels Coachable, adaptable, and growth-minded Qualifications Previous coaching experience in the fitness industry (preferred) Experience with individualized program design Fitness-related sales experience is a plus Strong time management and organizational skills Comfortable using basic computer systems Availability for weekday evenings and Saturday mornings (required) Nationally recognized certification (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE, CSCS, etc.) CPR/AED/First Aid certification (current) Degree in Kinesiology or Exercise Science (preferred, but not required) Why Join Alloy?
