We are looking for an energetic, charismatic, and reliable Certified Zumba / Dance Fitness Instructor to join our team and inspire our members!

Job Summary:

We are seeking a high-energy Dance Fitness professional to lead dynamic, engaging, and safe group exercise classes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, a magnetic personality, and the ability to motivate members of all fitness levels. This position requires a minimum commitment of two (2) classes per week.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead safe, effective, and high-energy Zumba/Dance Fitness classes tailored to various fitness levels. Create a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating class atmosphere that encourages member retention and community. Arrive early to prepare the studio, greet members, set up music/equipment, and stay briefly post-class to answer member questions. Ensure the group exercise studio is clean, organized, and safe before and after each session. Promote Easton Gym programs, events, and a healthy lifestyle to all participants.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching Zumba or dance-based group fitness classes preferred.

Certifications:

Current Zumba® Certification and/or recognized Group Fitness Certification (ACE, AFAA, NASM, etc.). MUST hold a current, valid CPR/AED certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association (no exceptions).

Availability:

Ability to teach a minimum of 2 classes per week (specific slot availability can be discussed during the interview).

Skills:

Exceptional communication skills, dependable punctuality, and a vibrant, crowd-pleasing teaching style.
