Part-time, Full-time Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated CrossFit Coach/Personal Trainer to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in fitness training with a focus on CrossFit methodologies. This role involves leading engaging group classes, designing personalized workout programs, and offering private training sessions. The coach will also be responsible for fostering a supportive community atmosphere, ensuring the safety and well-being of participants, and promoting an active, healthy lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Group Classes :
Deliver high-energy, engaging CrossFit classes to a diverse group of participants, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Private Training Sessions :
Provide one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to individual fitness goals, addressing specific needs and offering individualized attention.
Program Design :
Create and customize workout programs that cater to various fitness levels and goals, both for group classes and private sessions.
Instruction :
Provide clear, concise instruction on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and safety protocols to ensure correct form and prevent injuries.
Participant Monitoring :
Track individual progress and provide constructive feedback during both group and private sessions to maximize client results.
Community Engagement :
Foster a positive, motivating environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and a sense of community among members.
Stay Current :
Continuously update your knowledge on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and CrossFit methodologies to provide the best coaching possible.
Fitness Assessments :
Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients' progress and tailor programs to meet evolving fitness goals.
Gym Maintenance :
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized gym environment, ensuring all equipment is properly cared for and accessible.
Required Experience & Skills:
Private Training Experience :
Proven experience in conducting one-on-one personal training sessions, with the ability to design individualized fitness programs based on client goals.
Program Design :
Strong background in designing fitness programs for a variety of fitness levels, both for groups and private sessions.
Anatomy & Physiology :
In-depth understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics as they relate to strength training, conditioning, and injury prevention.
Group Fitness Experience :
Experience leading group fitness classes or sports coaching, particularly in CrossFit or functional fitness.
Certifications :
CrossFit Level 1 (CF-L1) certification or higher, or other relevant fitness certifications (e.g., ACE, NASM). Certification in personal training is required for those who will provide private training sessions.
Communication :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire clients both in group settings and during private training sessions. Passion for

Preferred Qualifications:
