Role:

As a Mat Pilates Instructor, you will design and lead signature 50-minute mat Pilates group classes built around breath, control, and precision the foundations that make Pilates. From beginners discovering their powerhouse for the first time to seasoned movers deepening their mind-body connection, you bring the vibrant energy, the heart, and the technical expertise that keeps our community rolling out their mats again and again. You will create a welcoming and motivating environment while ensuring the safety and proper form of all participants.

Responsibilities:

Plan and instruct 50-minute mat Pilates group classes for clients of varying skill levels Provide clear, safe, and effective cueing and modifications for all students Create a positive, inclusive, and high-energy group class atmosphere Maintain accurate attendance and communicate professionally with clients and staff

Requirements:

Mat Pilates Certification Experience teaching group Pilates classes preferred Strong knowledge of anatomy, alignment, and safe movement principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and professional CPR/First Aid certification preferred

Compensation:
