We are a pole and movement studio centered around empowerment, confidence-building, artistry, and creating an exceptional member experience. We're especially looking for instructors with flexible weekday daytime availability, though some evening/weekend opportunities may also be available. This role is ideal for someone passionate about movement, coaching, and helping others feel strong, supported, and successful in their movement journey. We are NOT looking for ego-driven coaching styles or influencer energy — we care deeply about creating a welcoming, inclusive, and empowering environment for our members. ✨
Responsibilities:
Lead engaging pole and movement-based classes focused on strength, flexibility, confidence, and body awareness Create a safe, supportive, and motivating class environment for mixed-level students Demonstrate and coach proper body mechanics, progressions, and movement technique Support member growth through clear cueing, encouragement, and personalized feedback Learn and implement Vertica class formats, teaching methodology, and member experience standards Assist with maintaining a positive and professional studio atmosphere ✨

Pole fitness Dance/performance Yoga or flexibility coaching Pilates Aerial arts Group fitness instruction Personal training or movement coaching ✨

Qualifications:
Experience teaching movement, fitness, dance, or group classes preferred Strong understanding of body mechanics, anatomy, and injury prevention is a plus Ability to work with diverse skill levels and create an inclusive environment Certifications in fitness, yoga, Pilates, or personal training are a bonus, but not required for the right candidate ✨
Compensation & Training:
Structured hourly teaching rates based on experience and role Paid training provided Growth opportunities available over time based on performance and contribution Please note: Our greatest current need is weekday daytime availability.
