Duties Actively promote personal training programs to members and guests, highlighting benefits tailored to individual fitness goals Engage with prospective clients through consultations, fitness assessments, and program demonstrations to inspire confidence and commitment Develop customized training plans utilizing your knowledge of physiology, anatomy, body mechanics, and program design principles Maintain a thorough understanding of sports coaching techniques and group fitness options to offer comprehensive support Drive sales by building strong relationships, following up on leads, and providing exceptional customer service that encourages long-term memberships and training commitments Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless member experience and uphold the highest standards of professionalism within the health club environment Track client progress, update programs as needed, and ensure safety protocols are consistently followed during training sessions Qualifications Demonstrated knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics essential for designing effective training programs Proven experience in personal training, group fitness instruction, or teaching physical education with a focus on motivating diverse populations Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a gym or health club setting Excellent communication skills to educate clients about fitness benefits and foster lasting relationships Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards Certification in personal training or related fields is preferred; ongoing education in sports coaching or health sciences is a plus Passion for helping others improve their health through innovative exercise techniques and personalized support Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels others' success!
