About the
Role:
Join All One Gym Inc as a Pilates Instructor and inspire our members to achieve their fitness goals through dynamic and engaging Pilates classes. With a focus on community and wellness, you'll play a vital role in enhancing our clients' physical and mental well-being.
Responsibilities:
Conduct group and private Pilates sessions tailored to various skill levels. Develop and implement innovative class plans that promote strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Provide personalized guidance and modifications to ensure client safety and effectiveness. Maintain a clean and organized studio environment to enhance the client experience. Build strong relationships with clients to foster community and encourage retention. Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve your teaching techniques. Assist in marketing and promoting Pilates classes to increase participation. Collaborate with other fitness professionals to create a holistic wellness environment.
Requirements:
Certified Pilates Instructor with a recognized certification (e.g., STOTT, BASI, or similar). Minimum of 1-2 years of teaching experience in a studio or gym setting. Strong knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for fitness and commitment to client success. Ability to motivate and inspire individuals and groups. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Flexible schedule with availability for evenings and weekends.
