Group Fitness Instructor

We're looking for Group Fitness Instructors/Personal Trainers to join our F45 Training Alamitos Bay team. The ideal candidate is a team player, energetic, with a positive attitude who also is passionate about building a community and helping people reach their health and fitness goals. THE POSITION

We're looking for high-quality fitness trainers to deliver team-based and high-intensity training sessions that are never the same! Our classes and programming are prepared by the F45 Athletics department, meaning coaches can focus on member interaction during class and do not have programming duties. RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide group and one-on-one coaching while motivating members of the studio and leading them through predetermined workouts Conduct in person, goal-oriented consultations with members Have the knowledge and ability to correct exercise form to prevent injuries Promote and sell only F45 services in studio, assist in membership growth and retention Light admin/front desk tasks Demonstrate and complete every exercise in the workouts with perfect form Able to give regressions and progressions for all exercises Set up, break down, clean and store away equipment around studio floor before and/ or after classes Light cleaning duties

QUALIFICATIONS

Preferably with experience working or training, in an F45 environment. Group training experience -- or show us you can be great at it during your audition! 1-year experience as a personal trainer (preferred) Passionate about helping people achieve their health and fitness goals Energetic and attentive Must understand functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate focused training programs and the science that supports the F45 workouts Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be clear, comfortable with learning short workout scripts and descriptions Required to be on their feet and constantly moving while leading and instructing members for the entirety of the workout

CERTIFICATIONS

Must hold and maintain a current Nationally accredited fitness certification (NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA) or a degree in Kinesiology Must hold and maintain a current CPR/First Aid/AED certification

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
