In this role, you will lead Pilates Reformer classes that focus on improving flexibility, strength, and overall body awareness. Your expertise will inspire clients of all levels to achieve their fitness goals! Responsibilities Design and instruct Pilates Reformer classes tailored to diverse client needs and skill levels Demonstrate proper technique and body mechanics to maximize effectiveness and prevent injury Assess individual client progress and modify exercises accordingly to ensure continuous improvement Requirements Certification in Pilates Reformer instruction from a recognized program or organization Have liabilty insurance Prior experience teaching Pilates on the reformer Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients of all backgrounds Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed Join us in creating an inspiring space where movement transforms lives!
