This is not a big-box gym job. We are building a high-level coaching environment where fitness, performance, rehabilitation, and long-term health all work together under one roof. Our coaches work directly alongside physical therapists to help clients bridge the gap from pain and rehab to long-term strength, performance, and confidence. We're looking for a highly professional coach and leader who wants more than just a session schedule. This role is for someone who wants to help build a department, lead a team, drive growth, and continue developing as a coach and professional.

The role includes:

Leading day-to-day fitness operations Coaching 1-on-1 and Small Group Training sessions Running consultations and assessments Supporting member retention and department growth Building relationships with physical therapists and members Helping elevate coaching standards and culture Who we're looking for: Strong coaching experience Leadership or management experience High professionalism and accountability Strong communication and relationship-building skills Kinesiology/Exercise Science background preferred CSCS strongly preferred
