Our mission is to make Pilates approachable for beginners, men, older adults, and anyone looking for strong foundations without the intensity of fast, hyper-athletic formats. We are expanding and looking for grounded, warm instructors who teach with clarity and intention. What You'll Do Teach small group reformer classes that follow frm.la's grounded, controlled style Provide clear cueing on breath, alignment, and core activation Offer modifications and progressions for all bodies Lead beginner friendly and mixed-level flows Maintain a welcoming and professional energy Assist with occasional classes or privates Support a clean and organized studio environment Qualifications Comprehensive Pilates certification from a reputable program Minimum 1 Year Experience teaching reformer in a group setting Strong anatomical knowledge and understanding of safe movement CPR/AED certification or in progress Reliable, punctual, and client focused Experience with Mindbody is a plus Comfortable working in a small, community-driven studio Perks Free classes Continued education and mentorship opportunities Flexible shifts Growth opportunities during upcoming expansion phases
