What You'll Do Lead fun, effective, apparatus-based group classes using Balanced Body Reformers, EXO Chairs, TRX, Springboards, Barre, and more Create a safe, supportive environment for all levels of clients, from first-timers to seasoned practitioners Deliver dynamic, fitness-focused sessions rooted in classical Pilates with a contemporary twist Build real relationships with clients, helping them stay motivated, feel seen, and keep coming back Teach intro classes, private and semi-private sessions as needed, and support front desk operations occasionally Promote memberships, retail items, and the Club Pilates experience through genuine connection and enthusiasm Be a consistent, punctual, and positive presence in our studio community What We're Looking For Current comprehensive Pilates certification (minimum 500 hours) Experience teaching group reformer classes Confidence working with a range of clients, body types, and fitness levels A friendly, upbeat, and motivational teaching style Comfortable with tech systems like ClubReady (or eager to learn) A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, team-driven environment Perks & Benefits Employee status Blocked scheduling for consistency and balance Free Club Pilates membership Continuing education and development opportunities Career growth within a supportive and professional environment Compensation We offer competitive hourly pay based on experience and performance, plus opportunities for bonuses, sales incentives, and advancement.
