• 401(k) retirement plan. Flexible scheduling . The Role We are looking for dynamic, high-energy Coaches to lead Group HIIT classes. You will be responsible for creating an atmosphere that is safe, effective, and incredibly motivating.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead high-intensity group fitness classes with technical precision and "stage presence." Conduct small group training sessions. Provide form corrections and modifications to ensure member safety. Foster a positive, inclusive community at our HQ and corporate partner sites.

What We're Looking For Certification:

A nationally recognized Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, etc.) is required .

Energy:

You must have the ability to motivate a room and lead with positive energy.

Communication:

Exceptional interpersonal skills and professional "customer-first" attitude.

Experience:

Previous experience in Group Exercise or a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science is a major plus!

Pay:

$55.00 - $100.00 per hour
