Pilates Instructor -Mat & Reformer

Part-Time, flexible scheduling, preferably 2-3 classes per week

Compensation:

$40-$60 per one-hour class, depending on experience, certifications, and class type. Competitive pay with potential for growth and private session opportunities. Position Overview We are a high-end fitness club seeking a passionate, energetic, and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our team on a part-time basis. You will lead engaging group mat and reformer classes, inspire clients of all levels, and contribute to a positive, supportive studio environment. Key Responsibilities Teach high-quality group mat Pilates and reformer classes at various levels. Provide clear, safe, and motivating cueing with attention to proper form and modifications. Build strong client relationships and foster a welcoming community atmosphere. Maintain studio equipment and uphold cleanliness/safety standards. Participate in continuing education and studio events as needed. Requirements Certified Pilates Instructor 1+ years of teaching experience CPR/AED certification preferred Passion for fitness and wellness with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, professional, and punctual with a positive, client-centered attitude. What We Offer Competitive per-class or hourly pay in line with Marin County standards.
