This particular role does not require you go through the MNT Instructor Certification, but a renowned program certification is required (i.e. Balanced Body, Stott, etc). This role will be given the option to also take our instructor certification training, if interested. Join our rockstar team of Pilates Instructors and take your career to the next level. Interested in teaching at MNT but don't have Pilates Reformer teaching experience? We've got you covered! Check out our upcoming Teacher Trainings . Whether you're a seasoned pro or new to teaching Pilates, we'll certify you in the MNT Method Must haves: 2+ years of experience leading group fitness classes and/or Private Instruction on the Reformer A love for movement, Pilates, the MNT brand, and motivating others to feel their best! A desire to teach Pilates private and semi-private sessions that are athletic, creative, and full of energy, all while keeping things grounded in the classic principles of alignment, precision, and flow—whether you're already a pro or ready to dive into the world of Pilates! Willingness to receive coaching, constructive feedback, and mentoring Available to teach afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends Must be available to teach at least 4 sessions per week Punctual, reliable, team player, enthusiastic, and personable
