Redondo Beach, CA Plyo Pilates Performance (boutique studio) About Us Plyo Pilates Performance is a beautiful new boutique studio that delivers quality classes, form-focused coaching, and measurable progress. We differentiate from other studios by blending the precision of classical Pilates with the intensity of plyometric movement and athletic programing. Created to offer a unique, performance-oriented approach, we serve professionals, parents, seniors, and athletes alike. Main studio has five new Allegro 2 reformers with padded infinity bar. Jump boards and accessories. The studio includes a separate private room with Allegro 2 reformer, tower and Wunda chair. This is where instructors can run their own 1:1 private sessions according to their own schedule (during business). There is also plenty of open floor to conduct mat Pilats and stretching with foam roller. We value dedicated instructors and strive to partner with you to foster an encouraging, fair, and friendly workplace. The team consists of two instructors including a Physical Therapist and we need a third who will match the athletic P3 Method of teaching Pilates. Together, we build a supportive environment in our new studio where great coaching and genuine community thrive. The Role Certified Pilates Instructor (min 1 year experience). Coach group reformer and jump board classes (max 5 clients) as well as privates/duets. Deliver P3 method with clear cues, progressions, and help new clients feel confident from their first visit to their first membership. Professional, upbeat, and engaging presence while keeping the vibe friendly and fun.

Schedule:

Part Time 5 + hours per week. Full access to private studio for private 1:1 sessions You may bring your own clients for private sessions and will have flexibility in setting your rate. Compensation & Perks Conversion bonuses, utilization bonus, and team kicker bonus (details provided at interview) $35-55/hour + (depending on hours, classes, and experience) Growth path to additional hours (as studio grows to full schedule) and programming roles Employment Status W-2 for group classes (for scheduling consistency and eligibility for bonuses). 1099 and W2 (mix allowed) for privates.
