Overview We are seeking an energetic and passionate Lead Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead group Pilates classes, mentor fellow instructors, and ensure our clients receive exceptional training experiences. Your expertise in Pilates, combined with your knowledge of fitness and body mechanics, will inspire members to reach new heights in their wellness journey. Responsibilities Lead engaging and effective group Pilates classes for diverse client populations, ensuring proper technique and safety. Observe instructors classes and provide feedback to instructors to ensure classes continue to meet Club Pilates standards. Mentor and support junior instructors, fostering a collaborative and motivating team environment. Maintain a thorough understanding of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics to tailor instruction appropriately. Participate in monthly lead instructor conference calls and distribute important information to all other instructors. Host member and instructor workshops. Ensure all classes adhere to safety standards and studio policies while providing an energetic and motivating atmosphere. Assist in client retention efforts through personalized attention, fitness sales initiatives, and exceptional customer service. Qualifications Comprehensively certified with a 500 hour program. At least two years of experience as a Pilates instructor Certification in Pilates instruction; additional certifications in Yoga, CrossFit, personal training or sports coaching are a plus. Extensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, body mechanics, and exercise programming Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of clients. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience mentoring or supervising other instructors. Passion for health and wellness with a proactive approach to client engagement and program development. $46.00 - $50.00 per hour
