We are looking for a well-rounded instructor who can teach our members the proper techniques for a full body Pilates workout with the reformer equipment. Our ideal candidate has a reformer certification and a passion for helping others adopt healthy lifestyles through fitness. Del Paso strives to create a safe, inclusive environment. This instructor role will ensure proper technique, monitors for safety, and keeps the energy high, helping participants enjoy an effective workout. Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide instruction, plan, and lead Pilates reformer centered classes.
• Tailor each class to the participants, paying attention to people's age, fitness levels, and any injuries or health concerns
• Assist participants throughout the class
• Ensure participant safety by monitoring techniques and equipment usage
• Foster an inclusive environment for members
• Sets up and monitors class equipment, and ensures its return in serviceable condition
• Advises participants on program and class procedures and policies, as appropriate
• Ensures that safety and injury prevention policies and procedures are adhered to by participants; reports accidents and prepares accident reports, as required.
• Provide a safe and fun environment for participants. Attend all required training and meetings
• Other duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED certificate
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow safety protocols
• Comprehensively Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor
• Trained and Certified in Reformer, Mat, Tower/Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels
• Certified in Beginner to Intermediate Pilates repertoire
• Prior experience teaching/leading group classes 3+ years
• Must be reliable, dependable, self-motivated, and responsible
