Your expertise in physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics will empower clients to unlock their full potential. Responsibilities Develop customized fitness programs tailored to individual client needs, goals, and fitness levels. Lead engaging personal training sessions that incorporate proper exercise techniques and safety protocols. Conduct group fitness classes to promote community engagement and motivate multiple participants simultaneously. Educate clients on physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics to enhance their understanding of exercise benefits and injury prevention. Track client progress through assessments, adjusting programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement. Provide guidance on nutrition, lifestyle habits, and injury prevention strategies to support overall health. Maintain a clean, organized workout environment while adhering to safety standards and facility policies. Experience Bilingual-Spanish Proven experience in personal training or group fitness instruction within a health club or gym environment. Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and biomechanics essential for designing effective training programs. Demonstrated ability to teach diverse populations with enthusiasm and clarity. Certification from a recognized organization such as NASM, ACE, ACSM, or equivalent is required; CPR/AED certification is also necessary. Familiarity with program design principles for sports coaching and general fitness is highly desirable.
