Job Description

Anytime Fitness Tierrasanta is a locally owned and family-run gym that strives to create a supportive and welcoming community for people of all fitness levels. Its members enjoy convenient 24/7 access to more than 5000 clubs worldwide. Anytime Fitness Coaches should have excellent customer service skills to provide a "surprisingly personable experience" to everyone they meet.
The Position:
An Anytime Fitness Fitness Coach is an energetic motivator with a positive attitude ready to help members reach their fitness goals. They are team players that are flexible to accommodate schedule changes, and they have an ability to sell and promote training packages in order to build the personal training membership base. They are punctual and dependable. A superior FC at Anytime Fitness must have a passion to help people become the best versions of themselves by making incremental lifestyle changes to obtain sustainable and long term results. The FC does this by servicing Fitness Consultations, Traditional (1-on-1) Training, Semi Private Training, Group Training. Beyond the traditional roles described, the FC provides guidance, education, and encouragement and most importantly, develops relationships with all members to improve retention. Trainers are responsible for the general upkeep of the club (equipment and floor cleanliness), sales and marketing for programming, and proactive outreach to inactive members to assist in retention efforts.
Requirements:
NCCA accredited Personal Training Certification Previous Personal Trainer experience (at least 1 year) Previous Sales or Customer Service experience Current CPR certification Work Remotely No This Job Is Ideal for
