The ideal candidate will possess a passion for health and wellness, along with the ability to inspire and guide clients in achieving their fitness goals. Someone who can have the passion to reaching out to existing clientle and develop a network outside of current membership to bring in and create a community within a community. Someone who is Sales oriented and know what it truly takes to gain a full book. As a Personal Trainer, you will develop personalized training programs, provide instruction on proper exercise techniques, and foster a supportive environment that encourages clients to reach their full potential. We are looking for an individual who can get themselves out there and as well have a entrepreneur sales mindset. A "Go Getter" mentality. Duties Must be able to work the front desk to help build the clientle for your sales and then to transistion into full time Trainer! Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions tailored to individual client needs and fitness levels. Assess clients' fitness levels and create customized workout plans based on their goals. Educate clients on proper body mechanics and exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness. Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as necessary to maximize results. Provide guidance on nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices to complement fitness routines. Maintain a clean and organized training environment within the gym or health club setting. Promote personal training services through effective fitness sales strategies. Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness, anatomy, physiology, and coaching techniques. Qualifications Certification in personal training from an accredited organization is required. Experience in health club settings or personal training environments is preferred. Strong knowledge of body mechanics, anatomy, and physiology. Background in sports coaching or teaching physical education is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients. Sales experience related to fitness services is advantageous.
