Pilates Instructor

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic instructor team. In this role, you will lead fun and engaging Pilates classes designed to improve endurance, strength, and overall well-being for a diverse range of clients. Your expertise will inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals while ensuring a safe, motivating, and enjoyable environment. Responsibilities Use your creativity to design and deliver high-quality mat and reformer Pilates classes tailored to different skill levels and fitness backgrounds Demonstrate proper technique and form, emphasizing body mechanics and safety during exercises Assess clients' needs and develop personalized plans for private 1:1 sessions that align with their goals Educate participants on anatomy, physiology, and the benefits of Pilates for overall health and injury prevention Monitor class progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt routines as necessary to ensure optimal results Maintain a clean, organized studio environment, including equipment setup and sanitation protocols Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that motivates clients to stay committed to their fitness journey Experience Proven experience teaching Pilates in a group fitness or personal training setting Certification as a Pilates instructor from an accredited organization is preferred, but not required Apprentice instructors welcomed Hiring for both group mat and reformer Pilates classes and private / duet sessions (instructors can choose what they want to teach) Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics relevant to movement training Familiarity with program design tailored to diverse populations with varying fitness levels Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and instruct effectively Availability to teach at least 4 hours per week Join us in making a difference by empowering individuals through movement!
