ABOUT MORPH FITNESS
Morph Fitness is a community-first gym focused on helping members make real, measurable changes in how they look, move, and feel. We invest in coaches who lead with character, coach with intention, and treat every session like it matters — because it does. If you take your craft seriously and love seeing clients win, you'll fit right in.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Deliver high-quality 1-on-1 personal training sessions tailored to each client's goals, experience level, and limitations. Conduct thorough initial consultations, movement assessments, and goal-setting conversations with new clients. Design progressive, individualized programs and adjust them based on client response, lifestyle, and feedback. Coach lifts, conditioning, and mobility work with precise cueing, safe technique, and an eye on long-term progress. Track session attendance, progress metrics, and program adjustments using our preferred software. Build and maintain your own client base — onboarding referrals, retaining current clients, and contributing to a strong gym culture on the floor. Represent Morph Fitness with professionalism in dress, communication, and conduct at all times.
WHAT YOU BRING
Required:
Current personal training certification from NASM, ACE, ACSM, or NSCA.
Required:
At least 1 year of paid personal training experience (gym floor, studio, or private coaching).
Required:
Current CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain before first session).
Required:
Eligible to work in the U.S. and able to operate as a 1099 independent contractor (or willing to set up the appropriate business structure).
Nice to have:
Specialty certifications — corrective exercise, nutrition coaching, strength sport, pre/postnatal, etc.
Nice to have:
An existing client base or a clear plan for building one.
Nice to have:
Comfort with social media or content creation to grow your personal brand within the gym.
WHAT YOU GET A
clean, well-equipped facility with everything you need to coach serious training — racks, platforms, dumbbells, conditioning tools, and recovery space. A supportive coaching environment with no quota pressure or pushy upsell scripts. Full autonomy over your programming, pricing structure, and schedule (within published gym hours). Marketing support — your bio on our trainer roster, intro posts when you join, and referrals from front-desk leads when available. A community of members who actually want to be coached, not just sold to.
YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF YOU
… Care more about a client's 12-month outcome than a flashy single session. Communicate clearly, show up on time, and follow through on what you promise. Produce results with every client. Want to be coached on coaching, and are open to feedback from gym leadership and peers.
HOW TO APPLY
Send the following to wayne.morphfitness@gmail.
com:
A short intro (a few sentences) on who you are and why you coach. Your current resume or a link to your training profile. Copies (or photos) of your active certifications. Days/times you're typically available to train clients.
Optional:
a short video of you coaching a real client — we love seeing how you cue. As well as some testimonials
COMPENSATION & GROWTH

We'll be transparent with you about where you stand at each review and what it takes to get to the next level. Morph Fitness is an equal opportunity workplace. We evaluate every applicant on their ability to coach, their professionalism, and their fit with our community.
