We are hiring at Posture Lab LA and looking for a motivated trainer for our structural training program for our amazing clients. check our website below www.posturelabla.com information about our structural training program below Our Structural Training program is a way to train your body to move and communicate at a muscular level. Our workouts are unique because we've identified the proper communication patterns your body needs to hold the integrity of the skeletal structure ( joints, ligaments, tendons ). Most training programs can lead to injury however we've created a unique approach that teaches you to move properly and ensures your muscles are communicating and firing appropriately with minimal to no compensations along the way.
