Pilates Instructor — Evenings (+ potential weekdays): Boutique Studio, Santa Monica

Hi there, I'm the founder of The Haven Pilates Studio in Santa Monica—a boutique, reformer-based studio designed for women in their prime seeking strength, confidence, and connection . We're growing, and I'm looking for one exceptional instructor to join our team. This is not a typical Pilates studio. At The Haven, we value: Personal connection — every client is seen, known, and supported Strong, intelligent programming — classical principles with modern flow A calm, elevated environment — clients walk in and exhale I'm specifically looking for an instructor who: Has full Pilates certification (mat & reformer required) Has current experience teaching group classes (not just privates) Can confidently manage a room of 10-12 clients with modifications Is reliable and consistent — our clients depend on routine Brings a grounded, professional presence (warm & engaging) Priority shifts: Evenings (immediate need). ~5-8pm Daytime coverage (to discuss) Weekend availability for occasional subbing a plus This role is ideal for someone who: Wants to build a loyal following Values being part of a thoughtful, high-quality studio Understands that consistency builds both client results and business success If this sounds like you, I'd love to connect.
