Part-time / Full-time (flexible schedule) Reports to: Studio Director / Program Lead About Us At The Ritual Heated Studio, we believe that yoga is more than a class—it's a way of living, a ritual of presence, intention and transformation. Our studio is built upon community, authenticity and the power of intentional movement. We offer a wide range of classes—vinyasa, sculpt, ashtanga, yin, pilates—all supported by state-of-the-art infrared heating technology, designed to enhance mobility, detoxification, circulation and inner resilience. The Ritual Role Overview We're seeking a dedicated, inspiring yoga teacher with at least 3 years of teaching experience who aligns with our studio's beliefs and lineage. You'll lead classes across our offerings, nurture our community, and collaborate with our team to uphold the elevated yet grounded, inclusive environment our students value. Key Responsibilities Lead yoga classes (Infrared-heated studio, various formats: vinyasa, sculpt, slow flow, yin, etc) with confidence, clarity and presence. Design and cue thoughtful class sequences that reflect our approach to movement, breath, strength, mobility and mindfulness. Create a welcoming, inclusive environment for all levels, honouring each student's unique journey. Embody the studio's mission of intentional practice, community building, and transformation—both on and off the mat. Arrive early, hold space before/after class for student check-in, alignment cues, and general class environment.Engage with our studio culture:
assist with workshops, special events, teacher trainings or retreats when needed. Collaborate with the studio leadership, attend staff meetings/training, maintain professionalism, uphold studio standards (cleanliness, towel/mat service, parking info etc). Represent our brand in-studio and in the community: maintain positive communication, support outreach, promote upcoming offerings.Requirements Certification:
Minimum 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (or equivalent) and actively teaching for a minimum of 3 years. Proven ability to teach a variety of styles (vinyasa, flow, slow flow, sculpt or similar) and to adapt to an infrared-heated studio environment. Strong cueing skills (verbal, physical adjustments), ability to offer modifications for multiple levels.Alignment with our studio beliefs:
community-focused, inclusive, intentional, growth-oriented, mindful of the mind/body/spirit connection. Comfortable teaching in a heated environment and integrating props or strength/conditioning elements when required. Excellent interpersonal skills, presence to hold space, genuine care for student experience. Dependable, professional, punctual. Enthusiasm for participating in the broader studio offerings (workshops, trainings, community events). Preferred Qualities Experience teaching in an infrared-heated studio or strong interest in learning/adapting to that environment. Comfort with multiple class formats or cross-training (e.g., yoga sculpt, pilates, ashtanga short form). Experience in community-building, student retention, or membership engagement. A personal practice that resides beyond the mat and reflects the intention behind our mission: helping each student discover their own ritual.
