POSITION
: Lift Dept. is seeking an energetic, passionate, and motivated Fitness Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading engaging and effective group training sessions while creating a welcoming, supportive, and results-driven environment for our members. Our trainers play a key role in helping members improve their health, fitness, confidence, and overall well-being through expert coaching, motivation, and education Responsibilities Create, setup, and provide our members with effective HIIT/ strength training style workouts Demonstrate exercises with proper form Inspire and energize members while providing excellent customer service Promote and help sell supplements and apparel Maintain cleanliness and organization of gym Help disinfect/sanitize equipment Help greet guests with high enthusiasm Any other duties as assigned Skills Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, body mechanics, and exercise science to deliver safe and effective workouts. Experience in teaching diverse populations with varying fitness levels; excellent communication skills are essential. Ability to design innovative fitness programs that incorporate principles of program design and progression. Familiarity with gym equipment usage and maintenance; understanding of health club operations is a plus. Knowledge of fitness sales techniques to promote memberships and personal training packages effectively. Requirments CPR/AED certified NASM, ACE, ISSA, or any nationally accredited certification Ability to build positive relationships and rapport with members and staff Ability to lift at least fifty (50) pounds
