Their sole responsibility is to design customized workout programs and train our members based on their needs. There is an opportunity for advancement to Master Trainer, Group Trainer and beyond. All personal trainers are given a complimentary club membership. Our Master trainers earn 25-30% of client session rate 5%-10% commission opportunity Our trainers are not required to sell or market but are fully compensated to do so if the trainers is interested in supplementing their income with sales. Further, the material job duties entail providing nonmedical care to children as part of the employer-sponsored childcare service, providing services to and interact with minors as young as 13 years of age, having access to and working in locker rooms where minors may be present, and/or obtaining and processing sensitive and confidential financial and personal information.
