Pilates Instructor

Forma Gym in Walnut Creek is looking for a passionate, experienced and growth-oriented comprehensive certified Pilates instructor who can teach Reformer class and private sessions. Our team makes a huge impact on our community through personal training, group exercise, mind body, cycle, aqua, Pilates, and massage. Our Pilates Instructor are responsible for all strength and conditioning activities as well as rehabilitative work at Forma Gym. This is a part-time position with potential to grow into more hours; position is not limited in hours but depends on you to take charge and grow your own business.

Responsibilities:

1. Pilates Instruction - Strive to always deliver the best possible service to clients 2. Growing Your Business - We will help you form the right frame of mind to build the class and private sessions; however, a proactive attitude of building your business for both Reformer class and private session is a must to succeed at Forma. If you do and are excellent in what you do, you will inevitably become busy and on demand.

Requirements:

Must have 3 years of Pilates teaching experience or a equivalent mindset Must possess a comprehensive Pilates certification Must have experience with teaching both Reformer class and 1 on 1 sessions Must be willing to work with the company standard while actively search for building clientele Trained/certified in multiple modalities is a plus Must have excellent communication skills, positive energy, and time management skills As a team member at Forma Gym, you will receive: Competitive compensation Complimentary club membership Discounted membership for family members Free onsite childcare Discounts on services and products
