Position Qualifications and Requirements:

Personal Training Certification is required within the first 90 days of employment. Preferred 1+ years of hands-on training experience. Demonstrated understanding of exercise science, anatomy, and physiology. Highly proficient in communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for continuous learning and development.

Responsibilities:

As a Fitness Coach at Results Transformation Center, you'll play a crucial role in transforming lives and creating positive impacts on our clients.

Your responsibilities include:

Leading pre-programmed workouts for 8+ clients per hour, delivering an exceptional training experience. Building strong client relationships, fostering accountability, and inspiring positive health changes. Engaging in daily outreach to provide support and motivation. Tracking session attendance and documenting client progress. Providing nutrition blueprints and guidance. Participating in weekly professional and personal development training.

Coaching:

1 year (Preferred) To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria: Possess a current Accredited Personal Training Certification OR an equivalent degree, accompanied by annual Continuing Education Units (CEUs). Prior experience in the fitness industry is preferred. Must be available and willing to participate in monthly coach training sessions. Availability and willingness to learn front desk procedures, safety protocols, and cleaning routines. Commitment to attending at least two Results sessions per month to learn from fellow coaches. Successful candidates must exhibit enthusiasm and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others. True passion for transforming lives is the cornerstone of this role. We offer both Full-Time and Part-Time positions.
