At Sage your passion for wellness and dedication to helping others thrive will create transformative experiences. In this role, you will lead dynamic group classes that blend strength and strength and flow. Your expertise will motivate participants to achieve their personal best, improve their physical health, and cultivate a balanced mind-body connection. Duties Lead engaging classes that incorporate elements of strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, ensuring proper technique and safety for all participants Demonstrate proper body mechanics and physiology principles to enhance participants' understanding of movement and prevent injury Motivate class attendees through energetic instruction, positive reinforcement, and personalized modifications Promote your classes by providing excellent customer service and explaining class benefits Maintain a safe environment by monitoring participant form, adjusting exercises as needed, and ensuring equipment safety Requirements Proven experience in group instruction. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, body mechanics, and exercise science to ensure safe practice and effective program design Excellent teaching skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of participants in a lively setting Ability to demonstrate exercises safely while providing clear instructions and modifications for all skill levels Passion for health and wellness with a commitment to ongoing professional development in fitness trends Join us as an Instructor where your energy fuels positivity!
