We're looking for a Pilates Instructor who shares that vision, someone who can blend mindful movement with purpose, connection, and care . You'll work directly alongside licensed physical therapists , continuing each client's rehab-based plan of care in a way that feels empowering, personalized, and impactful . At Empower, you'll find: One-on-one 55-minute sessions Collaboration with physical therapists Rehab-focused Pilates programming that delivers lasting results A supportive and positive team culture What You'll Do Deliver five-star Pilates sessions that help clients reach their goals Continue rehab-based plans of care with attention and creativity Tailor every session to each client's needs, goals, and abilities Foster motivation, confidence, and consistency in every session

Schedule:

Evening hours are most needed, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. , with the option to expand hours as your caseload grows . There is no on-call work . Just meaningful, rewarding sessions that create change.
