What You'll Do ✨ Lead engaging, results-driven Pilates classes that challenge and inspire clients ✨ Deliver clear, confident cueing rooted in strong knowledge of alignment and form ✨ Provide thoughtful modifications and progressions to support clients at different fitness levels ✨ Maintain a high-energy, welcoming class environment that keeps clients coming back ✨ Build authentic relationships with clients before, during, and after class ✨ Collaborate with the studio team to create a positive and supportive community What We're Looking For ✔ Confidence leading group classes and adapting instruction for different ability levels ✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ✔ Passion for helping clients improve strength, mobility, and overall wellness ✔ Team-oriented mindset and a positive, professional attitude Who You Are You're a confident and passionate instructor who truly cares about the people in your classes.
