Stretch Practitioner/Fitness Professional

StretchLab's proprietary Flexologist™ Training Program ensures that every client receives a world-class assisted stretching experience in a welcoming boutique fitness environment. We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Stretch Practitioner/Fitness Professional to join our dynamic health and fitness team. In this role, you will inspire clients to achieve their flexibility, mobility, and overall wellness goals through expert stretching techniques and personalized program design. As a key member of our Cherry Creek Studio, you will foster a motivating environment that encourages progress, safety, and confidence. Your passion for health, combined with your knowledge of physiology and body mechanics, will help clients unlock their full physical potential while promoting a positive and engaging experience. Position Summary The Flexologist provides one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and delivers exceptional customer service while building lasting client relationships. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing studio and gain experience in a rapidly expanding fitness modality. What You'll Do Available to complete the Flexologist Training Program Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions Educate, encourage, and motivate clients Build and maintain a strong client base Document session notes, assessments, and progress Ensure client safety and follow studio policies Participate in team meetings and ongoing training Support membership sales and studio tours as needed Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment Characteristics Passion for fitness, mobility, and helping others. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people. Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals. Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology/related fields OR certification from a nationally recognized organization/university in one of the following fields: Licensed Massage Therapist Certified Personal Trainer, Athletic Trainer or Sport Performance Coach Physical Therapist or Physical Therapy Assistant Sports Medicine/Corrective Exercise, etc Pilates or Yoga Instructor Experience providing hands-on training Join us to make a meaningful impact on people's lives by enhancing their mobility, reducing discomfort, and empowering them to move confidently every day!
