Job Description

Row House Coach (Highlands Ranch, CO) Inspire. Motivate. Row. Are you passionate about fitness and love leading high-energy group workouts? Row House Highlands Ranch is looking for an enthusiastic Small Group Fitness Coach to guide members through fun, full-body rowing workouts that deliver results. About Row House Row House Highlands Ranch has provided an inclusive, team-oriented fitness experience for over seven years. Our efficient, low-impact, high-intensity rowing workouts are designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes. We focus on building community, strength, and endurance—all in under an hour! What You'll Do As a Row House Coach , you'll lead 45-minute group rowing sessions with up to 24 participants, motivating them to push their limits in a fun and supportive environment. You'll provide expert coaching, ensure proper form and safety, and create an engaging experience that keeps members coming back for more.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead high-energy group rowing sessions for up to 24 clients Energize and motivate participants to achieve their fitness goals Promote rowing's benefits and Row House's community Maintain a positive, welcoming environment for all fitness levels Keep members engaged and excited with music and social media posts Maintain client safety during all rowing and resistance training
Qualifications:
1+ years of coaching experience (fitness, group classes, or rowing preferred) Active CPR/AED certification required Enthusiasm for creating a fun, inclusive, and motivating atmosphere Must be physically able to Row for the entire 45-minute Class and demonstrate floor work exercises in a dimly lit room, monitor the client's movements, and provide hands-on corrections (as needed and if desired by the client) Physically able to lift, pull, push, and carry 1-40lb equipment
One Of The Following Certifications/Degree:
Current and valid Group Fitness Certification (NCCA-accredited certification) Current and valid Personal Training Certification (NCCA-accredited certification) 4-year Advanced Equivalent Degree (exercise science, kinesiology, etc.) or beyond (Bachelors, Masters, or PhD.) Nationally accredited fitness certification required Why Join Row House?
