Overview We are seeking an energetic and passionate Regional Lead Pilates Instructor to elevate our studio offerings and inspire our team of instructors. In this leadership role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality Pilates classes, mentor instructors, and ensure that our classes meet the highest standards of safety and effectiveness. Your expertise will help foster a motivating environment where members can achieve their fitness goals while enjoying engaging, well-structured sessions. Travel is required across 3 locations: Mount Kisco, NY | Somers, NY | Fairfield CT. This will be a salaried position (not hourly as posted). Responsibilities Lead and coordinate Pilates classes across multiple studio locations, ensuring consistency and excellence in instruction Cover classes as needed across all 3 locations Mentor and support instructors by providing feedback, training, and development opportunities to enhance their teaching skills Design innovative, safe, and effective Pilates workshops tailored to diverse member needs, incorporating elements of body mechanics, physiology, anatomy, or equipment Promote a positive studio culture focused on member engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction Collaborate with studio management on scheduling, class offerings, and performance metrics to optimize member experience Ensure all classes adhere to health and safety standards while maintaining a lively and motivating atmosphere Assist in sales efforts by promoting membership packages and fitness programs aligned with Pilates principles Skills Comprehensive Pilates certification, with at least 5 years of teaching and sales experience Extensive knowledge of Pilates techniques combined with a strong background in group fitness instruction and management Proficiency in class design that follows our Club Pilates contemporary style Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire both team members and clients Strong leadership qualities with previous experience mentoring or managing fitness staff Ability to adapt classes for different skill levels while maintaining high energy and engagement Passion for health and wellness with a focus on safe exercise practices Join us as a Regional Lead Pilates Instructor if you're ready to lead with enthusiasm, inspire others through your expertise, and make a lasting impact on our vibrant fitness community!
