Group Fitness Instructor

Job Overview Group Fitness Instructor - Women's Strength Training/ Boot Camp We're hiring an experienced, confident coaches to lead 6am or 6:30pm Small-Group women's strength training class. You must live within a 15mile radius of Stamford , CT This is not a big-box gym and not a "press play and count reps" role. We coach with intention. We care about form, progress, and helping women feel strong and capable.

You'll Thrive Here If You:

Have 1+ year of experience coaching group fitness and/or personal training Are confident coaching strength-based movements Take pride in coaching technique, safety, and progress Lead with professionalism, energy, and consistency Genuinely enjoy helping women get stronger

The Role:

Coach small-group strength sessions (8-10 women) Cue, correct, and motivate in real time Create a supportive, high-standard training environment This Role Is NOT for
