Are you a passionate and high energy trainer looking to transform lives? We are seeking top tier trainers to inspire, challenge and empower our incredible members. Our trainers lead dynamic, result driven workouts while fostering a supportive, community-driven environment. We are looking for part-time trainers to work a minumim of 6 hours per week, schedules are: M-F AM Shift 1: 5:15am-7:15am M-F AM Shift 2: 5:15am-9:15am M-F AM Shift 3: 7:15am-10:15am M-F AM Shift 4: 8:15am-10:15am M-F PM Shift 4:15pm-6:45pm Saturday Shift 7:15am-10:45am

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver pre-written, high-energy, results driven workouts in a motivating group setting
• Train and empower members by providing personalized guidance on fitness, nutrition and mindset in one-on-one meetings.
• Engage with potential and current members to foster a strong community and drive membership growth.
• Leverage social media to inspire, educate and connect with members, following direction from the Lead Trainer.
• Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels.

Requirements:

Must hold a current fitness certification from an accredited organization. Group fitness experience is a plus but in house training is available.
