Sarge Athletics is currently seeking two enthusiastic Strength and Conditioning Coaches to join our team for Bethany Beach, DE.

Sarge Athletics, founded in 2010, is dedicated to training athletes and active adults to reach their peak performance and fitness levels. We offer a range of services including group classes, personal training, and semi-private training sessions.

Job Responsibilities:

One on One Personal Training and Semi-Private Training Lead engaging and effective strength and conditioning sessions for clients of all ages and fitness levels. Provide personalized guidance and support to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals. Create and implement customized workout plans tailored to individual needs. Foster a positive and supportive environment that promotes health and wellness.

Requirements:

Certified NICE Person with a warm, genuine smile and excellent interpersonal skills. Degree in Exercise Science or certification in related field preferred.
