Join our innovative fitness team as an EMS Personal Trainer specializing in Electro Muscle Stimulation (EMS) technology! We are a women only EMS studio, looking for a Female TrainerThis paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of fitness innovation while making a positive impact on clients' health and wellness journeys. Conduct personalized EMS training sessions, guiding clients through safe and effective workouts using electro muscle stimulation devices Assess clients' fitness levels, health conditions, and goals to tailor EMS programs that maximize results Educate clients on proper body mechanics, muscle activation techniques, and safety protocols during EMS sessions Develop innovative program designs that incorporate EMS technology alongside traditional fitness principles to enhance performance Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting programs as needed to ensure continuous improvement and safety Promote the benefits of EMS training to prospective clients, supporting fitness sales efforts and client retention Maintain a clean, organized training environment while adhering to health and safety standards within the gym or health club setting Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics to optimize EMS training effectiveness Experience in program design for individual and group fitness settings with a focus on EMS technology Background in personal training, sports coaching, or teaching physical education with excellent communication skills Ability to motivate diverse groups of clients through energetic coaching and positive reinforcement Knowledge of fitness sales techniques to attract new clients and grow the client base within a health club or gym environment Familiarity with group fitness instruction and the ability to lead engaging classes incorporating EMS workouts Demonstrated professionalism in health and safety standards relevant to EMS equipment use and gym operations Embrace this opportunity to revolutionize personal training by combining your passion for fitness with innovative electro muscle stimulation technology.
