This role is ideal for a teacher who is confident leading heated classes, understands safe sequencing in a warm environment, and can energize and ground students at the start of their day. While additional experience in Pilates, HIIT, or fitness instruction is welcomed, hot yoga instruction is the primary focus and core requirement of this role. Responsibilities Lead consistent, high-quality Hot Yoga classes , ensuring safe pacing, clear cueing, and proper alignment in a heated environment. Create intelligent and balanced sequences grounded in anatomy, breath awareness, and functional movement principles . Monitor room safety, hydration awareness, and student readiness in heated conditions. Offer appropriate modifications and progressions for varying levels of experience and physical ability. Maintain a motivating, welcoming, and professional class environment that encourages retention and community connection. Arrive early to properly prepare the heated room, and stay after class to ensure the studio is cleaned, floors sanitized, and the space reset for the next class. Additional (Optional) Opportunities Opportunity to sub or teach Pilates, HIIT, or fitness-based formats if qualified and interested. Cross-training opportunities may become available based on scheduling needs and instructor availability. (These modalities are not required for this role.)
