In this role, you will lead engaging classes designed to improve flexibility, strength, and overall wellness for a diverse range of clients. Your expertise will inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals while fostering a motivating and supportive environment. Duties Lead group Pilates classes, ensuring proper technique and safety for all participants Develop customized Pilates programs that align with clients' fitness levels and goals Educate clients on body mechanics, anatomy, and physiology principles to promote mindful movement and injury prevention Maintain a clean, organized studio environment and ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and maintained Experience Certified Pilates Instructor with valid certification from a recognized organization Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics relevant to fitness instruction Excellent teaching skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups while maintaining safety standards Join us to empower individuals through movement!
