Personal Trainer

• Overview:

• Join our team as a Personal Trainer and help individuals achieve their fitness goals in a dynamic and motivating environment.

• Responsibilities:

• Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients' current fitness levels.
• Develop personalized exercise programs based on clients' goals and abilities.
• Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to clients.
• Motivate and support clients to reach their fitness goals.
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust training programs as needed.
• Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices to complement fitness routines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workout area.

• Experience:

• Previous experience in physical education, sports coaching, group fitness, program design, personal training, or related fields.
• Knowledge of anatomy, body mechanics, physiology, and fitness sales.
• Strong sales skills to promote personal training services effectively.
